The Hello Arts Collective includes a consulting team rooted in our shared values; care, curiosity, and creativity. We create an environment of mutual respect and accessible engagement in which your stakeholders feel heard and your purpose is made clear. Our facilitation process fosters active listening and responsiveness that inspires and activates your team around a common mission.

Lee Ann Etzold (she/they) is a creative consultant, educator and award-winning theatre artist who values curiosity, community and accessible art and art-making. Since 1998, they have helped shape the performing arts in Philadelphia through her work on stage, in neighborhoods, and in collaboration with Fringe Arts, The Wilma Theater, The National Constitution Center, Art-Reach, The Free Library of Philadelphia, The Cultural Alliance of Greater Philadelphia and others. In 2012, Lee created the Hello Arts Collective to help organizations forward their mission, through reciprocal learning, human-centered planning, and a brave investment in building welcome and community through their art. Lee draws from twenty years of professional experience in theater production, performance, education, and administration. Through Hello Arts, she taps a deep network of creative innovators who bring unique talents and voices into partnerships.

Beth Tiewater (she/her/hers) believes in the worth and dignity of every person and is passionate about working toward equitable communities through the arts and social justice. As Thought Leader, Programs and Development at Baker Industries, Beth created and implemented an innovative workforce development program based on trauma-informed principles. Program “graduates” participated in workshops created exclusively for them with the Wilma Theater’s Portable Studio, The Barnes Foundation, the Penn Museum, and PAFA.  At the Ardmore Food Pantry, Beth introduced the full-choice model of food distribution and, based on trauma-informed principles, created a welcoming space for pantry guests. Striving to serve the whole person, the Hello Arts Collective and Main Line Art Center offered arts workshops to guests and provided opportunities for performance and exhibits.

Beth has served on Philadelphia’s Roadmap for Growth Action Team and also served as a City Council Connector. Beth worked closely with the CIty of Philadelphia’s Commerce Department on launching the Fair Chance Hiring Initiative and has spoken on many panels for both the City and the Chamber. Beth studied Voice Performance at Temple University and has performed and recorded with the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Mendelssohn Club of Philadelphia. More recently, Beth received a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Arcadia University and a Certificate in Trauma- Informed Practices from Bryn Mawr College.
